We are now only providing takeaway services to our customers.


With the current CoronaVirus situation we are acting in line with the most recent advice from the Government and from medical professionals.


After very careful consideration we have taken the difficult decision to close our Restaurant. We will continue to closely monitor Public Health England so we can prepare for all eventualities as the situation continues to evolve.

The Bengal Restaurant was established in 1997 and is based in Bayswater. Abdul Malik, Head Chef and owner has been in the catering industry for over 25 years. Having a wealth of experience within the Asian food industry he opened 'The Bengal' after much demand. 'The Bengal' has retained a loyal customer base, enchanted by its cuisine. Abdul Malik now invites you to come and enjoy the experience at 'The Bengal'.


General Manager – Kaftan Miah
General Manager, Kaftan Miah has managed ‘The Bengal’ since its opening in 1997. Kaftan brought years of experience after successfully managing numerous establishments in Bangladesh and England.


Head Chef – Abdul Malik
Abdul Malik started his career working within numerous restaurants around London, making Head Chef at the age of 24. His experience and ambition encouraged him to start his own business. ‘The Bengal’ has now reached its eleventh year in business. The cuisine is renowned for dishes with splendour and imagination, retaining traditional flavour.


Abdul also caters for events, romantic dinners, birthdays and other parties. Also, has had the opportunity to cater for numerous festivals.
