The Bengal Restaurant was established in 1997 and is based in Bayswater. Abdul Malik, Head Chef and owner has been in the catering industry for over 25 years.

 

Having a wealth of experience within the Asian food industry he opened 'The Bengal' after much demand. 'The Bengal' has retained a loyal customer base, enchanted by its cuisine.

Abdul Malik started his career working within numerous restaurants around London, making Head Chef at the age of 24. His experience and ambition encouraged him to start his own business. ‘The Bengal’ has now reached its eleventh year in business.

 

The cuisine is renowned for dishes with splendour and imagination, retaining traditional flavour.

 

Abdul also caters for events, romantic dinners, birthdays and other parties. Also, has had the opportunity to cater for numerous festivals.
